A personalised fitness programs tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and lifestyle. Whether you’re focused on weight loss, strength, or performance, each plan is built to maximise results with structured training, progression, and ongoing guidance to keep you on track. Program duration available 4 Week Program - - 1x Week worth of a personalised program to be performed over a 4 week duration 8 Week Program - - 2x Weeks worth of an updated personalised program in accordance with client's progress 10 Week Program - - 4x Weeks worth of an updated personalised program in accordance with client's progress Included in this service - Week long training programs catered to accommodate your personal fitness goals, experience level and lifestyle - Access to personal training advice - Progress check ups


Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. If paying in cash, full payment must be made in person at the start of the session. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please arrive 5 minutes before or on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients. All services are non-refundable. By booking a session, you agree to follow all coaching instructions and confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity. You must inform us of any injuries or medical conditions prior to training. We reserve the right to modify bookings, schedules, and training arrangements where necessary.
