Each session is goal-driven and progressive, helping you move better, compete harder, and perform at your peak when it matters most. What we provide - Individual sessions - Group sessions * The group sessions can be made up of a group of your choosing (filled with friends and family)* What’s included with each session: - Personalised training program to cater to your sport and development needs - Training equipment provided GROUP SESSION PRICING - Group session pricing is per person for a single session *Extra charges may apply depending on client's preferred location*

Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. If paying in cash, full payment must be made in person at the start of the session. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please arrive 5 minutes before or on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients. All services are non-refundable. By booking a session, you agree to follow all coaching instructions and confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity. You must inform us of any injuries or medical conditions prior to training. We reserve the right to modify bookings, schedules, and training arrangements where necessary.
